During this meeting we will discuss what is bringing you in for therapy, your therapy goals, and any questions you have for me. The purpose of this meeting is for you to get to know me and see if I’m a good fit for your needs. If we agree that I am a good fit for you, we’ll schedule an intake appointment.

60 minute intake appointment
Prior to this meeting, I will send you some paperwork via email to be filled out online. During this meeting we will go over the paperwork and then I will ask you a lot of questions to get to know you. By knowing what makes you you, I am then able to determine the best strategies to help you in therapy. We will then make a plan to help you achieve your therapy goals and schedule a weekly 50-minute appointment.

50 minute weekly appointments
During these weekly meetings we will address your therapy goals and talk about any pressing issues you are experiencing. Based on your goals, we will determine how often we will meet for therapy.
