Sustain Your Mission. Deepen Your Purpose. Leave a Lasting Legacy of Creative Resistance.

Rooted in purpose, nourished in spirit, and grounded in integrity—therapy for changemakers who want to stay in the work without losing themselves.

You’ve always known how to show up. But lately, it’s getting harder.

To say you’re tired doesn’t quite cover it.

You’ve powered through so much—showing up at marches, advocating for change, surviving a pandemic, and holding your people together when everything was falling apart.

And you’re still showing up. Still doing the work. Still carrying the weight.

But something feels different now.

You’re beginning to feel the strain. You’re questioning your capacity. You’re wondering:

“How do I keep going like this without losing myself?”

You’re grieving the loss of ideals.
Feeling disillusioned by systems you once believed in.
Watching others go about their day like nothing’s wrong—while you see the man behind the curtain and feel it all.

This isn’t full-on burnout—but you can feel the signs. The fatigue that won’t go away. The spark that’s dimming.

Here’s the truth:
You don’t have to wait until it all falls apart.
You don’t have to break to be worthy of support.

You deserve care now—
Because your vision matters.
Because your work is a marathon, not a sprint.
Because you matter.

Let’s help you keep going—with your heart intact.

Let’s make your work sustainable.

How I Can Support You

You’ve been holding it together for everyone else.

This is where you can exhale.

Below are some of the ways we can work together:

  • Line art illustration of two hands cupped together holding a flame, with a glowing effect.

    Therapy for Changemakers & Activists

No more pushing through. No more pretending you're fine.
Whether leading movements or quietly creating change—this is a space to reconnect with the heart of your work.

  • A digital illustration of a human brain with colorful pathways highlighted in orange, yellow, and pink, against a glowing blue background.

    Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy

No masking. No performing. No pretending. Whether you’re neurospicy, a HSP, or have ADHD—we honor your brain’s way of being and work with it, not against it.

  • Neon orange heart with a rainbow inside on a blurred background.

    LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming Therapy

No explaining. No justifying. Your identity is valid, full stop. Whether you're out, questioning, or somewhere in between—this is a space where all of you is welcome.

This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and let yourself be seen.

Meet your therapist

Hi, I’m Nikki (she/her). I’m a licensed psychologist and artist based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

I work with changemakers, neurospicy creatives, and LGBTQIA2S+ folks who care deeply—and carry a lot. Even when things are “technically fine,” you can feel the weight building: the overstimulation, the creative fatigue, the quiet disconnection from your why. If you're starting to feel stretched thin or a little out of sync with yourself—you’re not alone. You don’t have to wait for burnout to ask for support. This is a space where you can pause, feel, and realign—before it all feels like too much.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed. I offer therapy in Colorado Springs and online across Colorado, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, and deep compassion to help you come back to yourself—gently, and on your own terms.

Let’s Talk About Burnout (Before It Takes Over)

Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart.

If you’re a social justice advocate, nonprofit leader, union organizer, educator, community builder, or creative—you might still be showing up, still doing the work… but something’s shifting under the surface.

  • You’re emotionally tired. You keep attending meetings, but the passion that once fueled you feels distant.

  • Your creative spark feels dim. The part of you that used to generate ideas, organize events, or make art is running on empty.

  • You feel guilty for resting. You ask yourself, “If I stop, who will keep things going?”

  • You’re always “on.” You're there for everyone else—while quietly ignoring your own needs.

  • You’re mentally stretched. Focus is harder. Decisions feel heavier. The next task is all you can see.

Burnout doesn’t happen all at once.
It builds slowly, in the background—until something gives.

You don’t have to wait for that moment.
This is your invitation to pause now.

To tend to your fire before it burns out.

You’re allowed to rest, to receive care, and to return—more rooted than before.

Feeling the signs of burnout creeping in? Now’s the time to get support.
